| Description: | Advanced Global Cross-Cultural Communication
This half-day course is an advanced skill building course related to communicating with international business partners. Participants will build skills for communicating more effectively over the phone and through e-mail with people who come from cultures with different communication values. The course will help participants build skills for business meetings and negotiation through critical incidents and negotiation simulations.
